Uses Foaming, wetting, and emulsifying in cosmetic, household, and industrial uses.
Uses Sodium 1-tetradecyl sulfate is used as an anionic surfactant in nickel plating bath, pickling, electrolytic cleaning, welding, leather dyeing and rubles polishes. It is used to study the time course of liquid drainage and foam coarsening and to investigate the effects of sclerosant foam preparation. It is used for the treatment of varicose and spider veins of the leg.
